Medion and its partner AERCCR are not responsible for information left on equipment returned through the mail-back program and will not be able to return any equipment once you have handed it over to a collector or transporter used for the purpose of returning your equipment through the mail-back program.
Medion recommends that prior to returning equipment for recycling that consumers back up or transfer any data on the hard drive or other storage devices and then delete any data on the drives and devices.
The Medion mail-back program is offered for Medion Laptops, Desktop Computers, and Monitors. The mail-back program is currently available for consumers in the following states:
- Maryland
- Michigan
- Missouri
- Oklahoma
- Texas
- Virginia
- West Virginia
Important: If you are wishing to return a Medion Laptop, Desktop Computer, or Monitor which has a cracked or broken monitor screen or has any sign of visible leakage, please call the toll free number below for assistance prior to requesting a free shipping label.
